Privacy
We collect the information you give us when you order or contact us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. We use it to prepare and hand off your order, to contact you about it and, if you join a program, to schedule your InBody scan, nutrition plan and follow-ups.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information. The site uses one cookie to keep your order in progress; it is deleted when you close your browser.

Terms
Orders and pickup
Each pickup or delivery date has an order cutoff shown at checkout. Pick up your order on the date you chose, during pickup hours. Meals are perishable: keep them refrigerated and eat them by the "best if used by" date on the label.
Nutrition information
Protein, carbs, fat and calories are approximate and can vary by batch. Programs, InBody scans and nutrition plans support healthy habits; they are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk with your doctor before starting a new nutrition or weight-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
Allergies
Check each item's ingredient list before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of them.
Prices
Prices can change. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
Refunds and changes
You can change or cancel an order until its cutoff by contacting us with your order number. Because meals are cooked for your date, orders cannot be refunded after the cutoff or when they are not picked up.
If something is wrong with your meal, tell us the same day with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
30-day programs can be cancelled for a full refund before the first pickup. After the program starts, contact us and we will review the remaining meals and services with you.
